New Student Health Center Addition At Centennial !!!!!

The Student Health Center at David Douglas High School is open
8:45 am-4:45 pm weekdays for in-person, phone and video visits.
Call 503-988-3554 to make an appointment.
Student Health Centers are also open at
Centennial, Parkrose, Roosevelt and Reynolds high schools.
Student Health Centers are like having a doctor’s office at school.
We offer convenient physical and mental health care services to all Multnomah County students ages 5-18.
There are no out-of-pocket costs .
We can also connect students and their families with community resources for food or help with medical insurance.
